Shenzhen Special Zone Daily (Intern Cai Qing) 2018 Smart China Annual Meeting was held in Beijing yesterday, and the results of the 8th China Smart City Development Level Assessment were released. In the meeting, Shenzhen was awarded the 8th China Smart City Leadership Award, and the overall score ranked first in the country.
In the 8th China Smart City Development Level Evaluation, 100 sample cities were selected from cities with significant achievements in smart city construction and selected as national smart cities and information-friendly pilots. Based on the previous sessions, the evaluation indicators have been combined with current developments such as big data and Internet+, and have made some adjustments and innovations, including five first-level indicators: smart foundation, smart governance, smart people's livelihood, digital economy, and innovation environment and sixteen secondary indicators.
The annual meeting also released the first China Business Environment Assessment Awards list. Shenzhen and Guangzhou were evaluated as the third place, and was awarded the Advanced Business Environment City Award. Nanshan District, Futian District and Baoan District of the city are ranked among the top ten municipal districts (counties). Among them, Nanshan District was awarded for the Advanced Business Environment Municipal District (county), and Futian District was awarded the Business Environment Innovation Award. With the influence, support, execution, synergy and innovation as the indicators, the assessment selected 4 representative cities, states, districts, counties and 11 national level free trade zones from 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) respectively. A total of 135 cities were evaluated.
The results of the selection of the top 50 "Internet + Government Affairs" outstanding practice cases were also released. The city's "Rapid Approval" (no manual intervention automatic approval service) new model, the Economic and Trade and Information Technology Committee "Ping An Digital Economy and Trade" platform, Baoan District commercial entity approval service supervision and integration "Baoan model", Futian District "3x4" smart government service reform project and the Pingshan District true 3D reality map project are listed.
In addition, Cai Yingquan, the leader of Baoan District of Shenzhen, was awarded the title of “Top Ten Innovative People of Digital Government in 2018”.
According to the relevant work plan, by 2020, Shenzhen will achieve the "six one" development goal, that is, "one map comprehensive perception, one number to go through Shenzhen, one button to know the whole, one operation linkage, one-stop innovation and entrepreneurship, one screen "Smart life". Shenzhen aims to be a benchmark of national new smart city, reaching world-class level.
It is reported that Shenzhen's information construction has been at the forefront of the country. According to “the China Information Society Development Report 2017” issued by the National Information Center, the Shenzhen Information Society Index (ISI) has reached 0.88, ranking first in the cities of the province level for four consecutive years, and Shenzhen is the first and only domestic city to enter the middle stage of the information society development
The 2018 Smart China Annual Conference was jointly organized by the Information Science Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Beijing Guomai Internet Information Consultant Co., Ltd. The annual meeting has been held for 13 consecutive years.
